Trucks 'N' Tracks Folkestone 27th & 28th February 2010

A rather good local show, not too crowded but usually some nice armour parked outside the Lees Cliffe Hall like last years German heavies. Inside the Hall is usually packed with traders with a wargame on the main stage & competition models in the basement. In fact this year it would make a good weekend to visit Kent as this event is on the same weekend as the cavalier wargames show at Tonbridge leisure centre, pictures on the blog from last year and a superb local wargames show with good games and ample traders to supply most of your wargaming needs! So Saturday Tank model show sunday wargames show...bargain!  Last years Trucks n Tracks photos below

Trucks of all sizes and shapes are being advertised and sold primarily by these big-name commercial truck makers. A massive percentage of all commercial truck supplies to both UK and US markets are made by these major companies. Over the years, they have made huge efforts to make their trucks well known worldwide, with a very successful migration to the Asian, African and South American markets. It can be said that commercial trucks have changed, and are still changing, the world as we know it.
